Omer started performing as a dancer at the age of nine in “Gvanim” dance troupe, Israel. After nine years of performing all over the world and studying theater and music, he started his military service as a soloist in the Israeli Air Force Band and performed in military bases and Jewish communities in Europe and Canada. In 2004, he appeared in the National production of Chicago in Tel Aviv and later on in The Troup, Mary Lou and King Solomon and Shalmai the Cobbler at the Israeli National Theater. Omer has graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC in 2008. Since graduation, his theater credits include the “Musicals Tonight” productions of Irma La Douce (Ensemble) and Tovarich (Henri, et al) at the Vital Theater in NYC, the National Tour of Seussical (Mr.Mayor), the Israeli National Premier of Spring Awakening (Ernst), and the concert of Sweeney Todd (Anthony). As a performer, Omer was titled winner of the “Take-2!” reality singing contest in NYC, performed as a dancer in the “Broadway On Broadway” concert in Times Square and in the Music Video “Collide” (“The Ruze”), Sang as a soloist in the “Isramerica” House Band and was lately featured as a soloist in the “Spirit Productions” musical reviews of “Hooray For Hollywood” and “Spirit Of Broadway” around the US and Canada.
